For higher-risk projects, we carry out a\u00a0<strong>Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA)<\/strong>.<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"gsbp-990cabb vertical-content h-v-center gap-16\">\n<p class=\"text-gray\">In practical terms, this means three elements that we incorporate into the solution:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"gsbp-cf0722f\"><style>.gsbp-495ae71{display:flex;flex-direction:column;column-gap:12px;row-gap:12px;}<\/style>\n<div class=\"full-width gsbp-495ae71\">\n<div class=\"gsbp-df542df\">\n<ul class=\"gsbp-ad024b8\">\n<li class=\"leading-text\">Traceability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-gray m-0\">A record of which data was used in which decision<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<style>.gsbp-495ae71{display:flex;flex-direction:column;column-gap:12px;row-gap:12px;}<\/style>\n<div class=\"full-width gsbp-440800a\">\n<div class=\"gsbp-72f6326\">\n<ul class=\"gsbp-a82b962\">\n<li class=\"leading-text\">The right to erasure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-gray m-0\">The solution must be able to remove an individual\u2019s data, including from derived structures<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<style>.gsbp-495ae71{display:flex;flex-direction:column;column-gap:12px;row-gap:12px;}<\/style>\n<div class=\"full-width gsbp-26c5384\">\n<div class=\"gsbp-4b2c531\">\n<ul class=\"gsbp-84a6434\">\n<li class=\"leading-text\">Minimisation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-gray m-0\">Only what is strictly necessary for the task goes into the model<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"vertical-content gap-32\">\n<h2 class=\"heading-03 gsbp-39d684f\">What the EU Artificial Intelligence Act entails<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div>For most Slovenian companies, the following applies:\u00a0<strong>an AI solution that you use internally for process automation is most likely not \u2018high-risk\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0and does not entail onerous obligations. This cannot be put off.<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>For every project, we carry out\u00a0<strong>a risk classification<\/strong> where we determine which category the solution falls into, and what this means for the documentation.
