Introduction<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-gray m-0\">Welcome to EOS IT Solutions d.o.o. By using our IT outsourcing services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"heading-04\">2. Services<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-gray m-0\">We provide IT outsourcing services such as software development, system maintenance, and technical support. Details are specified in the service agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"heading-04\">3. Payments<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-gray m-0\">Payments are due within 15 days of invoice receipt. Late payments may incur fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"heading-04\">4. Confidentiality<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-gray m-0\">We both agree to keep all confidential information private.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"heading-04\">5. Intellectual Property<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-gray m-0\">Intellectual property created during our services belongs to EOS IT Solutions d.o.o. until full payment is made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"heading-04\">6. Liability<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-gray m-0\">We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"heading-04\">7. Termination<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-gray m-0\">Either party can terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. All outstanding fees must be paid upon termination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"heading-04\">8. Governing Law<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-gray m-0\">These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"heading-04\">9. Amendments<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-gray m-0\">We may amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"heading-04\">10.
