Our projects range from €3000 upward. The range is so wide because there's a big difference between automating a single process and setting up data infrastructure for millions of rows per day. We start every project with an analysis and strategy phase, after which you get a fixed estimate - we don't begin development without it. A detailed breakdown is on the Pricing and Timeline page.
For an MVP we estimate 4-8 weeks. For the smart e-bike locking system we developed with Domel, the first users started using the MVP after 4 weeks of development. The complete product with integrations and production stability usually takes 3-6 months.
3–6 mesecev.
It pays off when you have a repeatable process with enough data and a measurable cost. It doesn't pay off when the problem can be solved by simple automation or an existing tool - and in such cases we tell you this during the analysis, not after three months of development. Your data stays yours. Where possible, we process it within your own infrastructure or in EU regions. For every project we sign a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement (DPA) and document which models are used and where they run. More details on the Security and Compliance page.
Often it is - and we'll tell you so. Off-the-shelf tools are the right choice for standard processes. Custom development pays off when the process is your competitive advantage, when data can't leave your premises, or when integration with existing systems goes beyond what SaaS offers.
